During Big Bear’s
winter months it is advised that you carry chains or cables for your
vehicle. Placing these simple devices on your tires gives your vehicle

carefully and slowly. Many auto parts stores near you sell tire chains
– pick up a set before traveling to Big Bear Lake during the winter
