Mountain roads can be slippery, so carry tire chains and check road conditions before setting out. Many of our properties include off-street parking or garage spaces to keep your vehicle clear of snow.

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Reservations 30 days or less from arrival (45 days for holidays) are non-refundable after 24 hours of booking, and a cancellation fee of $75 or 10% of the reservation amount (whichever is greater) applies. Reservations cancelled within 30 days of arrival receive a Rain Check valid for six months if all cancelled dates are rebooked. We do not offer refunds for weather, road conditions, acts of nature, or equipment malfunctions, but we reserve the right to offer a comparable property or full refund if your property becomes unavailable for any reason.
