Little Pines | Couples Cabin + Lake Access

Escape to Little Pines Cabin at Shore Acres Lodge, a cozy couples retreat tucked within a historic two-acre, pine-shaded lakefront property on Big Bear Lake. Designed for two guests, this charming one-bedroom cottage offers a comfortable mountain getaway with shared direct lake access, recreational amenities, and an excellent location within walking distance of local marinas and Big Bear Village.

Shore Acres Lodge was originally known as Potters Camp in the early 1900s and has grown into a unique collection of twelve mountain-style cabins along the shoreline of Big Bear Lake. Little Pines gives couples the privacy of their own cottage while still providing access to the shared outdoor spaces and amenities throughout this historic lakeside property.

Inside, the intimate 435-square-foot cabin provides a simple and comfortable home base for your Big Bear adventures. The bedroom features a king bed for a restful night after exploring the mountains, while a hallway three-quarter bathroom with a shower completes the accommodations. High-speed Wi-Fi and a flat-screen streaming TV provide modern convenience when you're ready for a quiet evening back at the cabin.

Step outside and take advantage of the lakefront setting at Shore Acres. Guests enjoy shared direct access to Big Bear Lake along with a seasonal boat dock and fishing area. During the warmer months, the community swimming pool is also available on weekends from Memorial Day through Labor Day, giving you another way to relax and enjoy sunny mountain afternoons.

Beyond the lake, the spacious grounds offer plenty of ways to enjoy your time outdoors. Play horseshoes, volleyball, or outdoor table tennis, relax among the towering pines, or prepare an easy meal at the large BBQ and picnic area using the provided charcoal BBQ. One pet is also welcome with an additional fee, making Little Pines a convenient option for couples traveling with a four-legged companion.

Best of all, Shore Acres Lodge is within walking distance of Big Bear Village and local marinas, giving you convenient access to restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and lake activities while still providing a peaceful lakeside setting to return to at the end of the day.
